      Just bought my first house with the help of First Security Mortgage Corp. It was such a pleasure working with Del and his team. They kept me well informed every step of the process and were super responsive. They really took their time with me and explained everything that was happening. Highly recommend!!

      Stay away, Del will lie to you to run your credit. I was told one thing, then told another after. I've recorded all phone calls with him because my calls automatically record. I just went back and listened again, I was right. I asked if me not working my full 80 hours right now because of the pandemic would be a problem and was told no. Del stated that he would go off of the pay before this and now hes saying that he didnt say it. There is a hard inquiry on my credit report because of this. Luckily I have another loan waiting that I did days before and just found out that I'm approved.Stay away from this place and this guys. Smh at this time he would still try to do something like this is ridiculous. Go will a well known company and not these backyard companies. I'm sending my recordings and complaints in to the BBB.
