      Horrible service. You’re not a member here you’re just a number. Made several calls to address a concern with my account and then wasted a trip to the bank to be given information that couldn’t have saved me a lot of time over a quick phone call. Horrible online banking system as well, very difficult to use. Just overall not how I would hope to be treated by an institution I trusted with my money. Save yourself the headache of feeling like you don’t matter and bank elsewhere.
