      I personally would recommend first sentinel! I have banked there since 1992 and they have been wonderful to me. They have helped me through a fraud and returned my money promptly!

      It's the worst bank to deal with. Don't care about there customers. Not willing to work with you on anything. Mr McDonald needs to be replaced with somone that understands people and dont just do it for a quick dollar like he does. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They lack compassion and understanding for the common everyday person. If your looking for a bank i WOULDN'T SUGGEST THIS ONE! You would be better off putting your money in a mattress.

      Great people and good bank but their online bank is to hard to get into and needs improvements bad if you forget your password or banking ID you have to have it reset at the main branch theres no other way you can pull up your accounts. that can be alot of hassle they should have sercurity questions to help you get into your online accounts. But George and Jessica at the tazewell branch are awsome to bank with.
