      I have been a member at FSCU for many years after I left Bank of Texas for ripping me off by strategically running payments so my account can charged NSF fees. It turns out, First Service is no different. How is it that in less than 24 hours, an ACH payment can get run through your bank account? Because their system is set up to generate NSF fees, especially for certain people. FSCU has done everything in its power to earn fees from servicing my account. It’s sad. They advertise that they work for the members, but continue to take from their members through the way they process payments. I thought banking with the credit union was gonna be different than the big banks, but it turns out, a bank is a bank. They are all set up to take your money. FSCU is no different.

      I have never left a review before but I was so amazed by how Arieal and Celeste jumped through hoops to get me a pre approval so that I could make an offer on a house before end of day on Friday. I have not experienced this type of service from a CU in the past and I have been a member of 2 others. Service at its best.
