      Have had accounts at Fruitland location before it closed. Excellent service from Ms. Brown and the staff at the Civic Avenue office.

      Very slow one lane open five cars behind me average wait 15 minutes per car I don't know what video you were looking at but that is not true. next time we'll take a video and post it.

We have reviewed our Drive-Up times for last evening and our average wait time ranged from 1 - 3 minutes. We were unable to find any transaction that indicated any wait times of 15 minutes.       I love the friendly staff each and every time I visit. I cant say I've had a bad experience through my many visits. Thank you to all of the friendly staff who always will greet you with a friendly smile. Customer service is key for me, and they got it.
