      Worst location ever. The branch manager has no patience. The branch manager talk to you crazy and make ugly face expressions that makes you uncomfortable. I hate coming here. The crazy thing about it was, I only came once a month and this lady gave us a hard time ever time. She needs JESUS!!!!

      The Caucasian women teller by the name of Alexis, was very rude to us both visits we made to the Austin peah branch, my husband opened a new account and this being new to him needed information as far as online banking, when he would receive his cards, etc, but the women did not say anything, the words she did speak were very short and nasty even, she was not just rude she was very nasty like she had some sort of personal problem with us, I am glad I dont back here seeing what I seen with my husband's experience in just the first 2 days, I expected better customer service and we did not even get one single smile or even a thankyou and thats sad......
