      I heard very good things about this credit union. So far in my last couple of days within opening an account I have had the worst experience. The whole reason I chose to join a credit union was to work on my credit when I open my account I was told I could get a fresh start loan where money was put in my savings and held and I make payments toward it every month. Then I told her I would call back a little later cause I had to tend to my child the next day I called the lady told me I was not eligible for the fresh start loan or credit card. She said that I couldn't have any collections on my credit which I don't have but one collection so this is ridiculous to me I have four other credit cards all with higher limits but one. And i have never ever had a late payment not even missed a payment I barely even leave balance.. Why would u have to have perfect credit for a fresh start. It makes no sense n defeats the purpose. I will be closing the accounts faster than I opened them people I don't see how they will help me build credit in any way. I will be going to another to credit union such as Orion where they have the benefits I am looking for!
