      I love this bank and this branch. Always so friendly if I stop by or if I call. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences, quick service, and always ready to help me over the phone or in person. I've also worked with the bank in the western part of KY and their offices in Stanford. All helpful employees. You can tell the bank as a whole is managed well.

      Horrible hours, hard to use card out of state, hard for banks to transfer money in and out. Banked here for over 25 years and get the cold shoulder any time I have questions. I have been loyal for so many years but it has become an inconvenience to bank with this institution.

      Their hours are horrible, they are only open when I am at work (and I don't think it's because of covid). I've have to change my address multiple times and each time it has been an absolute headache because they don't actually update it in their system until I find out much later and have to call them during my lunch.
