      Trying to get my account set up on line and I was having problems. Called Stevenson, ended up with the Bookkeeping Dept. I'll acknowledge I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I hope I'm not the dullest. I ended up with a lady who clearly did not have time for me. Guess I'll continue on as was.

      You have three of the most rude supposed to be loan officers I have ever seen. Very unprofessional at their jobs. If you don't walk in with perfect credit they don't want you! Susan nor Gage ever gives a call back on your questions either. I would not recommend banking in Albertville. The Crossville location is so much better. They have nice polite loan officer and bank tellers. Albertville needs to learn some manners and how to talk and treat people.
