  Talking to bankers is scary and sometimes embarrassing because it feels like my financial screw ups, dumb or not so smart financial decisions are in their faces to be judged. The guys at First Southwest Bank are awesome! They treated me with dignity and like a human being. If you are a small business owner or a minority looking to talk to bankers about your business growth/goals and don't want to be treated like a number like big banks do? Contact the guys at First Southwest Bank, they would at least make time to talk to you, listen to your concerns and even give you recommendations that will help your financial situation. The guys at First Southwest Bank also made me feel comfortable and treated me as though they knew me before our first meeting. I am grateful and strongly recommend First Southwest Bank to women or and minority business owners as it is usually very difficult for us to find banks or bankers who are willing to talk to us or listen to our concerns. Thank you First Southwest Bank for answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable in our meeting.

  We are SO grateful that First Southwest worked so diligently to provide PPP loans to the community, including our small business. These people are our HEROES and we will be transferring all our banking from the national bank we've had a relationship with for 3 years (and who was no help to us in this very challenging time of COVID-19). Not only did they secure a PPP loan for us, but there was constant communication all the way through regarding its progress, and everyone we worked with was so helpful. Local banking really does make a difference. <3
