      Just bought my first house. I went through First State Bank for my loan. KIP MCDANIEL was my Loan Officer and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and work ethic. He made the process easy and answered every single question promptly and left me with no doubts. I don't bank at First State but I definitely recommend KIP for buying a house. Not only is he a great person but he knows what he's doing and he takes all the stress out of the process and really makes you feel valued. Go with anyone else and you're an idiot.

      The people are very sweet, but I doubt their competence. Someone messed up my account, causing a lot of issues. Most of the time, they can’t even do simple addition.
