      Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. I needed a money order and the gentleman at the small desk at front with a beard was absolutely rude and his level of customer service is a 0. I asked to buy a money order willing to pay and not being from tuscola was told I’m sorry go to your bank. I am hr away from the closest bank and when asked where could I get a money order he says IDK. Must say this is sad to the point this little bank treats people this way. Talking about being an outsider. I personally am glad to have Chase bank and now I see why
