  I have been banking with FSB Brownsboro for 45 years and would NOT bank anywhere else! I can go to any branch and have always been treated with the upmost respect. They know my voice when I call, they have made our banking experience the best. The tellers, loan officers, President, Vice President, New accounts etc. Always have made me feel welcome. I would love to list everyone's name but would not want to leave anyone out. This is what banking is about. Thank you all and keep up the great work.

  Stopped by Brownsboro location on a Friday afternoon at 3:40. According to the posted hours, bank lobby should have been open. Bank lobby was closed and when we went to the door with our grandson, person came to door and said hours noted were wrong and that lobby was actually closed. Told her our grandson had a few rolls of coins he wanted to exchange for paper money. Person said - “sorry, take him to the Drive-Thru and we can help him. Drove to drive-through only to be rudely told that as he did not have account at the bank, they could not help him. Easy to see why there were no other customers at the bank. Terrible customer service. Stay away!

  They are just awesome n Athens and n Murchison tx they no ur face n voice at both places I can call or g up there and they no me n r just as nice nn pleasant to speak to just love them all so very much
