      Wow! Spoke to Ashley on the phone. Pleasant young lady! Was planning to go in and open a business & personal account. Walked in and 5 employees TOTALLY ignored my Husband and I. 3 Tellers, a Loan Officer & the Branch Manager! We had to ask where Ashley was. At 11am on a Friday the only person who could open accounts is Ashley. Not one person got up from their desks to say Hello or ask how they could help us. When we asked for the Branch Manger to ask him if this is how they do business he could have cared less. We asked why no one even stopped to greet us when we walked through the door. His response “Oh…well…” He even said “Yeah, 9 banks here and we are the little guy in the block”. Perhaps it’s because you, as their Manager, don’t lead by example. We walked out and I plan to tell everyone, especially small business owners like myself, don’t give this bank a nickle!
