      Not professional, very rude, lazy employees. One girl named Kim was walking around with a blanket. Now that's just unappealing, and I'm supposed to trust these people with my money?? I don't feel like they care about their jobs and shouldn't be working there. If they don't make any changes about these things then I'm going to change banks.

      Doesn't even deserve one star, the workers there are so rude and never help me out like the banks in Salado and harker heights. So upset with the customer service and I would rather go to the other banks than this one. Even if it mean driving the extra miles. There's only one nice girl there that always Friendly and always has a smile on her face. I believe her name is Martha. But other than that, I hate this place.
