      I really like this bank. I've banked at Chase for many years & had many awful experiences there. Finally, I decided to try something new & pulled in here. All the tellers are super helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I had a hard time with the mobile app at first (my fault) but, one quick phone call took care of it. Best part? I received $16 back this month just for using my First state bank debit card on all my normal purchases. Crazy easy!

      The Fayetteville branch is a joke I know people who can overdraw when ever they want but they lock your stuff because of the paper work they have to file when you do overdraw by far the worst bank I have ever went with

      Staff is unpleasant. My father had a trust account there and I have had nothing but grief from the elders who run the bank. They are condescending and uneducated about how trusts work. Multiple times I've had to have my attorney call and explain to them the trust "which is in plain writing" my advice is go to fifth third. Save yourself the overdraft frees and self-righteous glances of dimwits. I'm sure if these so called higher ups tried to get a job at McDonald's they would be fired.
