  We worked with Karen to secure the loan for our first house and go through all of the paperwork that comes with it. Buying a house is daunting, but I never felt worried since Karen was there to help. She walked us through the process and made it go smoothly. I recommend this location to anyone.

  Where would I start? Seriously, every step of the house buying journey was made easy. My sense is that the success of a process like this depends on clarity, pacing/timeliness, accuracy, knowledge, and attitude. Shad, Christy, Kelleigh, and everyone we engaged with on his team was clear in their communications and answered quickly whenever we had questions. We never felt rushed, which meant that they were pacing the requests throughout the process so that we were never asked to do too much at once. They gave us tips about specifically what not to do at the beginning and that helped ensure that we wouldn't derail or delay the process accidentally. They also had complete answers and it was obvious they were knowledgable about any nuances that affect the outcome. Last, they were kind and encouraging, which helped eliminate some of the typical worry or stress that accompanies a house purchase. Whatever their training program is, it's working. Seems like a great culture from this perspective.
