I like a bank that when you walk in they know your name. The tellers are always very nice an act like they are happy to help you because it is your money. They are patient with your request of needs an will go the extra mile to help you when it is a difficult transaction. The tellers are fast but take the time to smile an don't treat you like a number. They explain things when you open an account so you understand the paperwork when you leave. I like the nice free calendars. No one gives out calendars anymore. If there is a short line, you can always enjoy the spectacular view with deer eating in the valley below because of the nice clean windows. I love the small town atmosphere, but appreciate the big town service.

Just went to the one in fountain and its was to biggest joke of a bank that i have ever seen its a bank the refuse to business with some unless you have an account with them. What kind of bank refuses to take money lol. I will never go there again nor will ever recommend this sorry excuse of a bank to anyone. Staff way beyond rude as hell.

I know that there's a desire to bank locally, and to have a local free ATM, but I strongly recommend locals to avoid FSBC. They charge for everything imaginable (including a debit card, mobile deposit, and online bill pay), and aren't forthcoming about it whatsoever. I get emails from them once a month about online bill pay that make no mention of its cost. I happened to check the fees schedule shortly after and found that it was more costly than it would ever save me in postage for bill payments. And all of this with the highest tier checking account (Timberline). The employees are great, but they have the misfortune of working for a bank with deceptive practices and terrible policies. I recommend finding a Colorado credit union (this bank is only local in the sense that it's Colorado-based, after all) that allows you to use an ATM in town for free.
