      As small town banks go, your experience can swing both ways. For me, I've never had a problem with First State Bank of Harvey. You get prompt and courteous service. The staff will do anything to ensure your needs are met. Statements are promptly mailed out and I've never once had an issue here!

      I'm only giving 2 stars because of the extremely rude loan officer by the name of Jared. His attitude and snarky behavior is enough to make me consider switching banks. Had no problem getting a loan through another bank for my home.
