      The customer service here is garbage. Snooty treatment by office manager at the door. Go to Centier where they treat you like an equal human being. And let you in the building.

      The personal service that we received from First State Bank of Porter is so far above any bank in Northwest Indiana, that you simply must give them a call. We have worked with 3 other banks to refinance our business and Porter Bank is the only one that understood our unique situation and worked to secure our future serving our guests. I only wish we would have found them sooner and saved the costs that you incur with application fees :( at those other banks.
