      NO stars would be appropriate. They are rude and arrogant. No customer service. I would expect a small local bank to go out of there wY to satisfy customers, but not First State they tell you to find another bank if you want full service. Theg were correct we found another bank who actually tries to make customers happy. Stay away

      The slowest and worst customer service I have ever experienced I tried to do a change of adress thru online ..phone and I went to the branch in person and still 3 week and not done yet.WORST BANK EVER ...DINOSAURE SYSYEME
