      Extremely poor Customer Service. Had an appointment with a Security gentleman named Jessie. He was not in, although an appointment was scheduled. Drove 120 miles and wasted time, gas and wear and tear on the vehicle not to mention wasting half a day. No phone call to advise. Extremely poor management.

      I went to the bank today on 19th street and clumberland ave when an employee told me that I could NOT park there in a parking place said it was for employees only and customers park here I am a customer I have a bank account there. I will change my bank to community trust bank. So let's see what they say about the smart remark you made to me saying I cant park at the bank when I soing business at a bank
