      This is hands down the WORST BANK I have ever banked with - and I have had an account with them for years. They constantly overdraft you because transactions take so long to profess through them, so if you’re like me and don’t keep all your money in your bank account and have reoccurring charges, this is not the bank for you. They always say they don’t have overdraft fees but they do. $30 every transaction and $5 every day if you don’t check your statement daily. SO glad I FINALLY pulled the plug on this horrible bank — I would literally pick any bank but this one.

      I was waiting in line. Next in line no one else was in line not even drive-thru. After they were finishing up with the lady in front of me. Someone pulled up to the window and they took the one in drive thru first. I was already waiting 10+ mins. That’s not how you treat your customers. I will be calling the head office.

      Oh my goodness. Yes. That is a very long wait time! Normally we try to staff adequately so wait times are NEVER this long. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to reach out to the manager at either office and we will make sure that this was the case of a teller making an honest mistake of not knowing who came first. The Stacy Office has been extra busy due to the construction in Wyoming. We are working on making sure that staffing stays adequate during this busy construction season!
