  Even though I don't actually do business at this bank the staff is always so nice. I mostly use drive thru and the set up is different but the blonde girl was still super friendly through the screen. If I ever need a account I would come to this bank first.

  $200 just to open a checking and savings account. That is way to much. To top it off got passed around 4 time to 4 different people just to get one answer. Didn't even walk through the door this was on a phone call. 0/10.

  This organization is not a great choice for mortgages, especially the VA variety. For 9 days I was told that they could match the interest rate on the conditional approval I got from my bank. The day before the rate expired from my bank, they finally decided to call someone to verify and told me that they could NOT match the rate. I had asked my loan officer MULTIPLE times across MULTIPLE days and was told they they could match it. They even uploaded the signed contract to their computer on the house showing the “initial interest not to exceed 3.0%” the day I made the offer. However, 9 days later I am told that they NEVER could have matched that rate. I only granted consent for them to pull my credit based on the understanding that they could and would match my preapproval. The vast misinformation, deception, disorganization, and waste of my time has left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. The only solution I was offered was to not use a VA loan, put a down payment, pay PMI, and then they could MAYBE get close to the rate I was promised on a Conventional mortgage.
