      Their atm ate my card and a woman claiming to be a manager said she is able to retrieve it but would not do so.

      This isn't the bank it used to be. Over the years our business and personal accounts have gone through these doors- multiple home loans. Savings. Etc The old lady here... (Mary) Well. She sucks. She has turned the local banking experience into one I dread. I have had multiple negative transactions with her. I am considering closing all of our accounts.
