  I went in today and they deposited my funds into the wrong account. Two thousand dollars worth! Then wanted to try and question me if I really knew what I was talking about. The nerve, I even had my banking application up that reflected the correct amount of the overall balance and where the deposit they just did didn't reflect. They questioned my middle name and found out the teller didn't do her job correctly and put my money into someone else's account. I was told I needed to tell them my middle name from now on, no you need to do your job sufficiently and correctly. You have one job, to put the money in the proper account. My confidence in this particular branch is demolished, never will be going there for services. The problem was fixed, but the trust will not. I would recommend going to another branch all together.

  Waited 30 minutes to get a document notarized and they said they wasn't going to take that liability! Don't think they know what's going on.

  DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They will rearrange your purchases just to force you to pay an extra $31 per transaction. And they will also charge you $4 a month for a "non-qualification" fee just to send you your bill statement in the mail.
