  This bank deserves no stars at all, my husband tried to use the atm and the machine without any explanation “retained” my card. This was at 8 pm. I called the bank to let them know what happened, the call center rep told me to go to the branch the next morning to get it back because they might shred it. I drove 100 miles to the bank and was there at opening. I called them from outside first to let them know what happened and the assistant manager had a very unprofessional attitude who flatly said they could not give me my card back, I asked to speak to the manager who was even less professional, interrupting me while I was explaining to her that the account I have requires me to use the card for deposits and is the only way of making my house payment, during the conversation she said that I should call my card issuer, by that time I was close to the front door so I asked if I could show her my identification and see if she could help me with the card. She said yes, I walked in the door where she was in her office, I produced several items of identification including my license and she still shouted me down while was attempting to retrieve a card their machine stole from me. She brought me to tears at which time I asked her to call her boss to plead my case. In those exact words. I was sitting outside of her office where I was forced to listen to her “explain” to her boss the reason she was refusing to return my card. So of course I got upset when she opened her door again at which point my exact words to her was “I just listened to you tell the person on the other side of the phone line why you were not going to assist me”. She kept saying it was protection for the bank and myself at which point I did tell her that the the only thing she was doing was covering her a$$. I tried to leave but was so upset I wasn’t able to open the door, when all of a sudden it came back and and hit me in the face and blackened my eye. No one checked to see if I was ok or anything so I pretty much said F off and went back to my truck. Still trying to fix the problem I called me card issuer and headed back into the bank at which time I was told to leave and they were calling the police. “Seriously”. I went back to my truck and was so upset I couldn’t drive so I called my card issuer to get a new card, while in the middle of the call to police men showed up and one abruptly said I needed to get out of my truck, so I did and while I was telling the one police officer what was going on the other one was inside the bank. That one came out and said I broke their door, I told them that was impossible and then he said I threatened the bank people at which point I lost it and said “I never threatened anyone in that bank but I did tell them I was going to tell my card issuer to black list them because of the unprofessional manner they treated me. At which time the bank manager stormed back into the bank because she knew she had been caught in a lie. Then shortly after the other police men came out of the bank and proceeded to give me a trespass warning at which time I said they will never see me again ever because I wouldn’t have any desire to even darken their door. Then he said I had to leave the property immediately, I was in such a state that I couldn’t drive if my life depended on it. Fortunately the other policeman was okay with driving my truck off the lot with me not behind the wheel, he parked the car and said to take as much time as I needed before heading out. So needless to say no one should use this bank because instead of just doing the right thing they chose to act like they worked at a bar instead of bank. I would advise no one to use them or their atm or they may face the same fate.
