Went to this location to get cash from account using one of my checks. I filled the check out to cash signed the check and the back of it and sent my ID along with it. The teller asked me what I wanted, I told her the amount it was written for and in twenties. She then asked me if I had an account. I replied with I sure hope so seeing as that check has my name and the bank name on it. It appears someone has not been trained or is not paying attention to their job.

Sat for five minutes, only customer in drive thru or inside for that matter. While 3 tellers were there working, all of which could see me and none said anything while I just watched them talk and ignore me. And open signs were on.--went again today and the same people were working aside from one extra lady. I didn't catch her name but she had shorter grayish hair. She was wonderful to deal with.
