      If you want McDonald's-like service then this is the place for you! Here you will not be a priority even with the SENIOR loan officer Frank. Have a question. Good luck. You won't receive a response for a week, which is a problem if you find a home quickly and need to move forward. I received better customer service and quicker responses from a loan officer with Chase all the way in New York City! I suggest doing business with Flat Branch. They have their priorities straight and are a pleasure to work with.
