  Wasn't easy finding this location with all the trees blocked it. But one of the best , fastest, and best customer service one can experience. I didn't had a chance to asked for her name. She was an Asian lady that sat the the ever first desk on the left side of the entrance. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  Somethings very wrong. I literally had carefully kept $500 in HPCU about 15 years ago for my daughter's education IRA. And after many years, I finally thought she could withdraw the money for her education expense. And the money had grown to $1200. However, someone in the bank did an unexplained withdrawal of $1400+ (without our authorization!). And they did not miss a beat sending us a warning letter of overdraft asking us to pay the overdraft penalty. Money gone just when we needed, and also coming with a false report. We made a flurry of calls over a month talking to one rep after another but they kept bouncing us from here to there and kept asking who we were. We had to establish our identity several times in each phone call. And this is our own money! They even threw in a dart in the middle saying that the "Oregon Tax Department" has issued a check for withdrawal. We disputed that, and they finally acknowledged that the money is back in the bank. However, in the meantime, we received a letter still stating the $0 balance. So at the end of the month, we still do not have the money. They are probably not even going to read this review. I guess they do not care for their customers.
