      I usually never write reviews. But I have to write this, for anyone looking to check this branch out. I went to this branch about a month ago and meet A lady called Ritu. She was really helpful with everything she made sure no stone was unturned. I definitely recommend her to anyone that has questions especially about credit card and personal loans check Ritu out. You’ll be in good hands.

      I tried for a couple weeks to work with an insurance agent at First Tech insurance Services at this branch to get a quote on Home & Auto insurance. She was not very responsive (and never answered her phone) nor very helpful when it came to looking at the different options. She told me that because of our vehicle's rebuilt title that we could not use oregon mutual insurance, which was the carrier I was leaning towards. I eventually switched to a different agent at first tech who was more responsive and eventually ended up using a different agency altogether. That agency was able to get me the home & auto policy that I wanted with Oregon mutual without issue. Seems they either aren't thorough or not willing to look at all options. Lots of back and forth without any real progress.

      I always had great experience banking with First Tech Federal Credit Union. Recently I visited Bellevue branch for notary appointment and got a chance to meet Ritu Jakhu. she is a great human being, kind and knowledgeable, also guided and suggested me best financial service and options for my existing account. I recommend Ritu Jakhu for any financial services and advice.
