      Kim is amazing! I am editing my review, simply because Kim has communicated the industry-wide COVID-19 delays and shortage in materials in a professional way. We have monthly and even weekly updates since we started the build process. First texas is running out of lots in this community. However, I would still recommend connecting with Kim if you are interested in building through them.
