      Shae and Blanca are the best. They were patient and understanding. Help me calm down when I started to worry. Made sure that I was aware of everything going on because I'm out if town. Truely they are the best.

      Like the person below said. BOTH ladies in office LIE constantly on everything and cover for each other and then change things. All you need to do is ask people living here that have had to deal with the lies and lousy service and they will confirm. Their sign says in the 400's NOT, try mid 600's. Not professional or punctual. One answers phone and you ask to speak with the other, you can hear the other saying "tell them Im not here" but we can hear it over phone clearly. So unprofessional. You need some new people that will appreciate the job and be nice to buyers. More than half the time they are out and DO NOT return calls at all. Bankers hours? Get responsible people in the office First Texas!!! Great product but the office turns you off.

      If you are in the process of wanting to build a new home, DO NOT USE FIRST TEXAS HOMES. The manager of this property is a HUGE LIAR, DOES NOT FOLLOW UP ON REQUEST, DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS, TALKS EXTREMELY FAST AND OVER TALKS, BLAMES EVERYTHING ON COVID, and much more. Blanca is her assistant. She’s nice but has NO CLUE ABOUT ANYTHING. All she does is say she’ll ask Shae and you’ll never hear from her again. Every person we know who build here have said the entire process was well over a year. They initially tell you 9 months to get you in. Then they make you sign contracts that say you are forced to deal with delays no matter the time frame. They are a mess. Run!
