      While I did like the townhomes I walked through the customer service provided was extremely off putting snd cold. I met some named Serena or other when walked into the kitchen of the single story model. She was extremely rude and behaved as if she did not want to be there and certainly did not want to help me. I did see her interact with other customers and her behavior while still lifeless was not as cold and unbecoming. She she really be replaced.
