      I am thrilled to be working with Paul to help my client purchase a First Texas Home in Somerset! We just finished her design center meetings and this home will be lovely. As a Realtor, I help many clients purchase and design new construction homes. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the number of choices in the standard selections! Often clients will spend 30-60k in upgrades depending on the size of the home and the builder. My client didn't need to upgrade really anything but her carpet slightly. It made the design process much more enjoyable to not be constantly increasing the budget to get the selections she liked.
