  Hello out there - of all many stressful things out there at present - one of them for sure for many is Buying a House. This unprecedented COVID pandemic has brought a lot of changes to people’s lives - one of them is for sure housing market. Have we had any small clue about housing market change we would have refrained from starting house search. Thank God Finally we were able to finally settle down and rest our minds with First Texas @ Sutton Fields. After so many door knockings and turn downs by so many builders and home sellers, we were able to put an end to our stressful journey. Thanks to First Texas and thanks to Ray Falcon at Sutton Fields. We never thought our home buying experience is going to come to a meaningful and fruitful end till we met Mr Ray at Sutton Fields. One of our friends who is a real estate agent - suggested to check our luck in Celina area, that happened to be Sutton Fields community. With a huge hesitation and back and forth, we finally got an appointment. Since then our rough ride has come to an end, First Texas builder’s customer first principle helped us in making better choice and Ray’s out of the box suggestions and extra stretch in helping our customization needs made our journey smooth. With whole heartedly I recommend First Texas as a first choice in customizing your house needs. I wish you all good luck with your house search

  Finally our long wait to find our dream home has come to an end - First Texas has become our destination to our dream home. In this extreme sizzling market it was hard even to get an appointment with SalesAgents from across the DFW area. After long wait we were able to get to our appointment with Ray Falcon at Sutton Fields community. Mr Ray is a man of principle and close to clients heart, his dedication and unweaving commitment to the benefit of home buyers is peerless. We have been looking for a decent sized home to meet our family needs, while every other builder was turning our request away - First Texas builder at Sutton Fields was able graciously accommodated all our requirements and home needs. Mr. Ray Falcon made our home buying experience pleasant and memorable. His professionalism and experience and guidance while assuring good quality helped us in making right choice. His knowledge and good experience in balancing customer’s needs vs wants eased our confused mind. Big kudos Ray - you are one of a kind. Thanks a lot Ray and Thanks a ton First Texas.

  I was looking for a new home to build in Dallas and went to FIRST TEXAS HOMES - Sutton Fields community in Celina. Ray Falcon who is sales Representative guide me to pick right plan that suits for my family in a very nice lot. He explained multiple options about the upgrades very patiently by taking us to show existing construction homes. We are very happy with the experience in our process of finding a home. Highly recommend First Texas Homes.
