  I echo with what the other reviewers wrote. Caren is indeed the best sales agent I ever encountered. She is very professional and honors the buyers. As an out of state buyer, with many "horror stories" we heard on the news, I was worried about the whole process, but she took care of us from the beginning and even after we closed, she helped us obtain information to make our transit smooth. Further, this builder is fantastic and attends to the house issues very promptly. They also build beautiful houses. The neighborhood is new and the people here are very nice and friendly too.
