      I have been a member of First Trust Credit Union for over 20 years and have never experienced poor service. They have been very helpful with issues like loans and other business transactions and I fully appreciate their aid. The employees of First Trust are quite friendly and very helpful in taking care of my banking transactions.

      I have never heard of not being able to make a deposit using the atm. Completely ridiculous. Deposits thru the atm are not allowed.

      I was with this credit union for a long time and It was the fees and slow services that I had to switch. I use my Amex Prepaid Card and Chime bank and I have saved a ton of cash. When I was with the bank like other credit unions there account security was slow and fees kept rising plus it seemed to take for ever for them to implement new tech.
