      I have to say that it is hard to get a hold of anyone. Not what you really want from a bank. Messages are being returned. That means you have to drive to the bank to ask a question or get something fixed. I got a hold of Jamie at the bank. She was SOOO helpful! Definitely an asset to that bank. I used to use Betty Davis who now works at the First United in Prosper. I would definitely give Jaime five stars!! She was amazing and got things resolved.
