  Brooke worked very hard for us and our construction loan! She was up sometimes at 11pm at night corresponding with us and making things happen. She never made me feel like my millions of questions was too much, as I had never got a construction loan before and wanted to make sure I understood everything. She is an amazing person in general, as I have gotten to know her, and I will refer anyone I know who is looking for a lender to look no further than Brooke G! Two of my friend who I referred as using her and I have another friend who used her in the past and we are in very thankful for Brooke and how hard she worked for us!

  "Brooke is very knowledgeable, professional, and very dedicated to her work. It was a pleasure working with Brooke. She guided my husband and I though the entire loan process and helped us get a great rate. She is very organized and precise. Brooke made the loan process easy and offered great guidance throughout the entire process. Brooke was always quick to respond all of our questions and was always easily accessible.
