  Back to nice helpful people can go inside, lot smaller than than the old branch. The employees inside dispute being helpful and friendly smell as if have not had a bath in a year there have some extreme undesirable body odor. I had to hold my nose and not puck.

  Arvest or Bison is wayyy better than this "bank" if you want to call it that. Personally have worked for 4 different banks and this is by far the shadiest and worst bank I've came across Shawnee. They overturned a $100 charge from December in late January just because they could 😂 And when asked for the evidence of the charge, they act dumbfounded and just say we have to charge lol. I'm negative in my account with overdue medical bills and after losing my job had my computer, computer store stole a piece of my computer then the bank does this 😂😂. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
