  I wouldn't even give one star but i have to. I've been with this bank for 8 years in Inwood and just now started having problems. I went in to cash my fiance's check and i do this all the time. I sign the back and as long as i have the money in there to cover it there hasn't been an issue. Well last Friday the ladies wouldn't cash it when i had the money in there. I called the 1800 # and pulled around front the lady called in there and they told the lady i was going to go withdraw the money out my atm after she cashed it. #1 i don't have a atm card it's two different account numbers.. my checking account and my savings are 2 different accounts, but they were ignorant.. so i went to the martinsburg bank and they did it up there. Today i have another problem. I went to withdraw money for bills out my savings and put in my checking account. It wasn't a check.. this lady angie puts my money as pending so i don't have access to it immediately and now my cable is shut off.. this place has went down hill and im closing all my accounts.. why are they treating me like this. Saying im going to withdraw money out the atm after they cash my check. Ive never had a bad check and always have a balance.. bad business.. This place fails to realize it's my money not theirs. So mad right now.. i could see if i was borrowing their money or it was theirs but its not.. they are playing with my money and my life. #stayawayfromthisbank Edit: The head lady of the bank knew they did me wrong over these issues and took me out to lunch to apologize.. she said they shldnt of did any of that. I'm still at the same bank and I've never had another issue..

  Came here a couple weeks ago and started process of starting and account. Called 2 hours ahead to say we were coming to sign everything and open the account. Waited in the drive-thru for 15 + minutes and was then directed to wait around front and someone was coming out to open the account. Working on another 20 minutes. If we started this before and called ahead, why are we waiting this long? Ridiculous. Would not recommend this bank. JSB is awesome and right down the street.
