      I sent a certified check to my son in Wa. St. and he lost it after signing it. I went to the bank in Falling Waters and Charlie helped me get everything straightened out. She spent a long time and many phone calls and forms to do it, but she did it. She got the check stopped and money returned and then wired to my son that day. It was a very stressful situation and she made it right. I think everyone at the bank that helped her and would highly recommend this bank. We have used this bank for years. Thanks!!
