      As we speak I am in there building and there is one white lady and black lady with glasses!!! I have been in here for 45 minutes being questioned on why I didn’t cash my child support checks when I got them !!! This unbelievable then I had to filling out some forms after they called and found that there were good!!! It was still a hassle !!! Get it together I will never return here again!!!

      Had to hold off on paying for a couple of weeks because money got tight and they said that's okay, and we gave them a date to when we can pay them again. We took off auto payment as well. Woke up this morning and found out the withdrew over 124 out of my account without my permission. Not to mention that's not even the amount of my payment. They illegally took money out of my account. Didn't even tell me at all. I think its ridiculous that an income base loan has over a 200 percent interest rate
