      When dealing with peoples hard earned money- you should take extra care in the work in which you do. At no time should one of your employees mistakes cost a customer more than they even owe you, because they don’t know what they’re doing and put a wrong date in the system. Also let’s be clear this is NOT the 1st time the mistake happened. I can assure you your “sorry”does not pay a mortgage or any other bill due NOW that you have caused the problem. YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES MONEY—IT IS NOT A GAME!!!

      Before doing business here, you will be asked for your name, address, phone number, SSN, a copy will be made of your ID and these people will take a picture of your face. Even if your just buying a money order, which simply requires your name and payment Make of that what you wish. When asked why, the response; "we get this information from all our customers. In other words, they have no idea why they're made to do so. I won't be back. I will never be back.
