Went in asking about a home loan. Weve bought two homes and many vehicles and have a great credit rating. After a wait while Brenda visited with another employee which we recognized as a former employee of a bank we have a current account with. (He personally handled a home loan with us 5 years before and made many mistakes on paperwork) We had asked for Brenda since he had a conversation with her on the phone a few days back because we were told She and Firstar specialized in Indian Home Loans....After a short wait we went in to see her. She was short with our questions bordering on arrogance..only answering our questions not volunteering any additional information. And even though she knew we were interested in purchasing another new home she failed to give us or take a application with us. She made us feel uncomfortable and insignificant...We currently have business with 4 Banks in Muskogee...Firstar will not be the fifth...Im sure our other lenders have the same access to information that we seek.
