  I had a serious issue with my bank account and Mindy jumped to my rescue! I have Stage 4 cancer and appreciate any assistance I can get. First Bank has been soooo good and kind to me and my family and friends that I refer to you. Everyone at First Bank Woodbury has taken very good care of me and my money. Mindy is a real sweetheart and has a very positive attitude. She had a lot of empathy for my situation and was so helpful. Thank you for having these people in my life!!!!

  I get treated very rudely by one specific employee every time I call to ask a question about my account. I’m getting really tired of it will probably switch banks soon. I don’t like being interrupted and spoken to like I’m dumb.

  My only concern is that we have to drive all of the way to Murfreesboro for our banking needs on Saturday. They should be open at least from 8-12.
