I needed to make a stop payment on my account and called First Bank and they knew who I was when they answered the phone went straight to my account without asking for my account number. Called me by name to assure me they had the correct account. It was such a quick and awesome experience.

I was at a bigger bank that couldn’t get my PPP app processed and couldn’t offer me a loan to build a house. This little bank was recommended to me by a home builder and anything I need, the can do and do quickly and easily...and they’re nice people. There’s not a branch within 40 minutes of me, but it’s worth the drive because I know they’ll take care of whatever I need.
