      Definitely the worst FirstBank Branch in town if not the state. Horrible customer service, extremely rude, w 1 exception, the lady who regularly works the drive thru. AVOID THE WICKED WITCHES FROM THE WEST AT ALL COSTS. I was asked, "what did you do with the last 1 you got?" when I kindly asked for my statement and had no problem paying the $10 fee. Next experience, sitting in the drive thru at 3:55, they close at 4, 1 car in front of me at the window. They literally helped whomever that was for 4 minutes, then while I was pulling up in the bay they dropped the blinds!!!

      Absoltely the worse experience I have ever had. After seven years, I called it quits. Things got progressively worse with this bank. Things would "bounce" as my wife and I would call it back and forth in and out of our account, several times we had to call because of extended holds, locked cards for local purchases and what was the final straw, during this pandemic, they decided to start locking our cards every single time for online purchases for "suspicous activity". Even though the purchases were nothing out of the ordinary for what has happened for our family. They even locked it twice while on the phone with their fraud department! Everytime we called them, it was never them. One of their own customer service reps even told us that they are told it is never them, it is always the merchant or the customer. It is kinda hard to be wrong when you are always right. We went to another bank and I will not mention them in this review because that is not right. We have not changed any of our spending habits but none of the previous problems have continued which shows it was really poor buisness practice. Not one hold, one transaction bouncing in and out, not one card lock, nothing. I can't tell you to avoid this bank but I can tell you I warned you. If I could give lower stars I would.
