      Where do i start ive been with this bank three years but when i needed them the most they let me down approximately 6pm Wednesday night i went to the atm in sun city to put some money into the bank before my 9pm flight for work upon putting my card in the atm. The screen now reads atm is temporarily down ummm hello why couldnt it say this before i put my card in the atm? On top of that why wont my card come back out? I called the 24 hours emetgency line because to me this was an emergency how can i leave state with no MONEY bottom line after talking to a representative and a supervisor i was told im out of luck meaning theirs nothing they can do till the morning so not only did. I miss my flight. And its not a refundable flight i also lost out on. Work for my job.f irst bank did nothing to accomidate me or anything im very unhappy with the customer sercice. And the bank i guess it may be time to find a new bank that can better control their atms and try a little harder to put their customers first

      I’ve tried almost every bank you can think of and this bank is absolutely by far the best at every location they always are happy to help me and go above and beyond with customer service and taking care of me!
